One of the primary pillars of the Charalambos and Elena Pattihis Foundation is Social Welfare. The Foundation works to support those in need, particularly the most vulnerable members of society. Apart from direct aid, the Foundation also actively participates in numerous programs and initiatives that offer assistance to people and families struggling with poverty, homelessness, and unemployment. The Foundation also provides support to children, the elderly, and people with disabilities, ensuring that they have access to necessities, such as food, clothing, and shelter.
The Foundation maintains close cooperation with various non-profit organisations in Cyprus with which they coordinate charitable actions and fundraisers for Social Welfare projects, programmes, and initiatives.
The Foundation is dedicated to preserving and promoting Cyprus’ rich cultural heritage by supporting cultural institutions, such as museums and art galleries, and funds projects that promote Cyprus’ cultural traditions. It also supports cultural events, such as festivals and performances, to celebrate the diversity of Cypriot culture and enhance community cohesion.
